Hello Trent Woods Neighbors!
Whew! The election is over, thank goodness...Whether your guy (or gal), won or not we can all get off the fence!
How many times in the last 3 months have I heard (in regards to real estate), "Well I am going to wait until after the election!"-----So no more excuses!
A great idea came to me over the weekend that I wanted to share with everyone...I had one of my current sellers call me and say that a buyer that looked at their home loved it! That was great news...the even better news is that my sellers went and looked at that same buyers home (yes, that too was on the market), and they loved his home just as much! Now to work out that trade!
So the message is this: There are a lot of sellers sitting out there waiting for their house to sell BEFORE they start their buying search. I hear stories like "well it's going to be awhile so we might as well not look because it might not be there when we get serious". Oh really?? What if while you are out "just looking" and waiting for your home to sell, that all the other sellers get out there also "just looking" as well, then ALAS we magically have buyers again!
